There are so many youths that are doing great things throughout the City of Baltimore and often times the work of those individuals may go unnoticed. The Baltimore City Youth Commission is currently accepting nominations for the annual We Are the Dream Awards. Our goal is to honor and highlight youth 24 and under from Baltimore City, who work tirelessly to make their neighborhoods and communities better, and continuously live the Dream of Dr. King.

Do you know a young person who should win the We Are the Dream Award? Nominate any youth 24 and under that lives in Baltimore City and is civically engaged. 

Up to 14 Winners will be presented with an award, a Mayoral citation and a City Council citation recognizing their accomplishments during our We Are the Dream Ceremony and Reception held on Thursday, May 30, 2019
